Current Responsibilities

Medical Director for an urgent care facility to include:

  • Overseeing all medical and business operations in the urgent care facility
  • Supervising medical staff, which includes NP's, RN's, LPN's, MA's, Radiographers, and Certified Lab Technicians.
  • Clinical Director of the in-house laboratory.
  • Evaluation and treatment of all urgent care, occupational and chronic care patients.
  • Perform history and physicals for DOT, OSHA, pre-employment, school, and sports.
  • Laceration repair, incision and drainage, and other minor surgical procedures.
  • Eye injury evaluations.
  • Ordering appropriate diagnostic testing for laboratory, x-ray, visual acuity, electrocardiograms, spirometry, and interprets results.
  • Overseeing all urine drug and breath alcohol testing.
  • Perform osteopathic manipulative therapies.
  • Perform radiological procedures and techniques, and interpret the results.
  • Act as patient liaison between client companies and their injured employees.
  • Contact client companies in order to expand patient base.
  • Conduct monthly quality review audits on selected patient charts.
