Collette K. Garrett
Vice President of Operations, Kentucky Division
Collette started her medical career at the age of 18 when she joined the United States Air Force. As an Emergency Room Technician in the USAF she responded to medical and in-flight emergencies. After an honorable discharge from the USAF, Collette remained in the medical field providing support for disabled individuals. Collette graduated from The New York Institute of Technology with a Bachelor's Degree in Sociology in 2007. In 2009, she became the Office Manager in the Lexington, KY office until being quickly promoted to Vice President of Operations, Kentucky Division. Collette manages the day to day operations of all five clinics in the state of Kentucky. In her leisure time, Collette enjoys spending time with her daughter.
