Dr. Brendan D. Mahoney is a Florida-licensed chiropractic physician with more than nine years of clinical experience in multidisciplinary and private-practice settings. His approach integrates evidence-informed chiropractic care, rehabilitation, sports medicine, chiropractic acupuncture, functional neurology, clinical nutrition, exercise prescription and patient education.

Dr. Mahoney has served as a staff chiropractor with Chambers Medical Group in Lakeland since May 2021. He evaluates and treats patients with accident-related injuries, chronic pain, spinal and extremity disorders, sports injuries and musculoskeletal rehabilitation needs.

Community Service and Leadership

Dr. Mahoney provides sports physicals for local high-school athletes, marching-band participants and youth football organizations. He also supports community EKG-screening initiatives with Who We Play For to help promote the early identification of cardiovascular risks among student-athletes.

A United States Marine Corps veteran and former Non-Commissioned Officer, Corporal E-4, Dr. Mahoney continues his commitment to leadership and service through community outreach, volunteer programs and youth mentorship.

He is also an instructor with the Florida Budo Shokuju Dojo, associated with the International Bujinkan Dojo in Noda City, Japan. His instruction in Bujinkan Budō Taijutsu emphasizes biomechanics, movement quality, injury prevention, discipline, situational awareness and ethical leadership.
