Stephen Frank Chambers, MD, MBA, MPH, is Board Certified in Occupational Medicine and serves as CEO and Owner of Chambers Medical Group, Inc. in Florida and Chambers Medical Group PSC in Kentucky.

Dr. Chambers entered private practice with Chambers-Peacock Internal Medicine Associates in 1984. He has led Chambers Medical Group since 1990.
